The training focused on the two CEN methods EN 16802:2016 (Determination of inorganic arsenic in foodstuffs of marine and plant origin by anion-exchange HPLC-ICP-MS) and prEN 17374 (Determination of inorganic arsenic in animal feed by anion-exchange HPLC-ICPMS). The training also included both theoretical and practical sessions.
Learning objectives;
Introduction to the determination of inorganic arsenic in feed and food by HPLC-ICP-MS. The participants is expected to gain enough knowledge to be able to set up the methodology in their own laboratory following the training. The training will be based on CEN methods EN 16802:2016 Determination of inorganic arsenic in foodstuffs of marine and plant origin by anion-exchange HPLC-ICP-MS and prEN 17374 Determination of inorganic arsenic in animal feed by anion-exchange HPLC-ICP-MS.
